Dear Accuray Customer,

Please complete all fields and SUBMIT form using the button below prior to receiving a license for your RIT serialized certificate.

  • Technical Support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm MT, excluding U.S. Federal holidays. As such, if forms are submitted outside of hours of operation, licenses will not be issued immediately but will be issued in a timely manner when normal business hours resume. If you have submitted a form and have not received your licensing information within one (1) business day during normal hours of operation, please call or email Technical Support to ensure we received your submission.
      
  • RIT wants our customers to have the most up-to-date software version running on their machine to ensure the latest features and cyber security upgrades are available to you. If you received a DVD included in your packet, please do not use it to install your RIT software package, as it is not the most current version and is no longer supported. RIT will send you instructions to conveniently download our current software version on the website, which will ensure you receive the latest updates.
      
  • Screen captures of this form will not be accepted and will delay the licensing process.
