RIT customers that have an active Product Maintenance Program (PMP) subscription will receive unlimited phone, email, and remote support from RIT Technical Support. Our experts are here to remotely diagnose and fix any problems, as well as assist with downloading and/or installing new products and software versions, at any point during the process.

PLEASE NOTE: As of February 4th, 2025, RIT's software license manager, Flexera, has changed from using DigiCert to AWS for their CA security certificates. If you have a floating license and your LAUNCH button is now greyed out, or you receive the error message below, please CLICK HERE to download the PDF document containing a ShareFile link to the 4 certificates as well as instructions for importing them. A login is required to access this page. All 4 certificates must be installed on each machine that uses RIT software. If you are unable to access ShareFile, please contact RIT Technical Support for a .zip file.
