Isocenter Optimization

Enhanced Isocenter Optimization Routine

Angle Flexibility:

RIT’s popular Isocenter Optimization (3D Winston-Lutz) routine now offers expanded flexibility with customizable angle configurations. The increased flexibility of this routine allows you to mimic more clinically relevant angles to determine isocenter at specific treatment configurations. In addition to performing a full system analysis, you have the added capability of performing partial system analyses and generating results with as few as three images. Customizable analysis reports clearly indicate whether a 'full system' or 'partial system' analysis was performed, and the plot labelling will dynamically update with angle information for added clarity and interpretation of results.

Couch Walkout Plot:

This new plot shows the beam deviation vs. the couch rotation angle and is a very significant improvement for all customers that intend to adjust the angle of their couches.

Information Icons:

The new information icons present information and annotations to guide you through this advanced analysis. Simply hover your cursor over the icon to see important information about each component of this routine.

TomoTherapy® Static Gantry and Helical Gantry Angle Invariance

The analysis routines for Static Gantry Angle and Helical Gantry Angle have been revised to improve the rotational invariance. In RIT's updated software, rotation of these images is no longer needed.

TomoTherapy® Overhead Laser Flexibility

The TomoTherapy analysis routine for Overhead Laser can now handle smaller films in RIT's updated software. A full 12.8" x 17" film is no longer required in order to perform this analysis.

MLC QA

Varian Halcyon® MLC Analysis

RIT software is now compatible for verification and quality assurance of the Varian Halcyon machine MLCs, used for image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT). Easily perform MLC QA, including a picket fence analysis of the Halycon machine. RIT software will easily interface with the machine's dual-layer multi-leaf collimator using a template provided by RIT Technical Support (call +1(719)590-1077, Opt. 1 or email support@radimage.com). RapidArc® is not yet supported for the Halcyon™.

Accuray TomoTherapy® Registration Structure Analysis

RIT’s analysis for TomoTherapy Registration now allows a structure to display as an overlay ROI. You can conveniently select a specific structure from any of the plan structures and display the Structure Outline on the image. Any structure in the Accuray Precision® plan may be used (e.g., PTV), and RIT software is compatible with Accuray's latest treatment planning system: Precision® 3.3.1.0 Build 21. Now, your analysis can be limited to the structure of your choosing, plus a user-defined margin, if you prefer. You can then use RIT’s Patient QA routines to measure your results (Gamma, Subtraction, DTA, or one of 28 other analysis routines) within the ROI.

TomoTherapy® and Precision® are registered trademarks of Accuray, Inc.

Display Multiple DICOM Tags in Cerberus

Cerberus, RIT’s automated hands-free phantom analysis tool, now allows you to sort with up to four DICOM tags. Cerberus will then use these DICOM tags to select and process incoming files.

CATPHAN Enhanced CATPHAN® Analysis Plots in Cerberus

RIT’s automated analysis of the CATPHAN® Uniformity and Resolution phantoms now feature improved plot displays when the analysis results are exported to a PDF.  The clear plot displays now allow for quicker and more accurate interpretation of results.

Added Preference and Tolerance Customization in RunQueueC

When using RunQueueC to perform batch phantom analysis, preference profile customization has been added to increase convenience and efficiency for our users. Your preference and tolerance profiles can be loaded directly from the interface, without having to open the Profile Manager. This allows you to easily select a profile for a customized analysis report specific to your machine.

CIRS062x

CIRSOptimized CIRS 062x Phantom Analysis

The capabilities of RIT’s analysis of the CIRS 062x phantoms have been expanded to cover most 062x phantoms (062, 062A, and added support for 062M), along with new features. RIT's instant, one-click analysis now offers added support for electron density analysis of the metal plugs and the ability to easily modify the material values tolerances in the Tolerance Manager.

Gammex 467

GammexExpanded Gammex 467 Phantom Analysis

When performing electron density phantom analysis of the Gammex 467 imaging phantom, RIT's updated imaging QA and Radia software now allows you to modify the tolerances for material values in the Tolerance Manager, at your convenience.
