The software simplifies the process of creating a routine QA program at your facility, streamlines the reporting process for accreditation, and provides you with a better understanding of measurement performance across multiple machines and facilities.

3D Winston-Lutz Isocenter Optimization

The RIT Family of Products come equipped with an automated 3D Stereotactic Alignment routine to give you a fast and accurate measurement of isocenter accuracy, allowing you to optimize your SRS/SBRT delivery. Using only a set of EPID Winston-Lutz images, the RIT system will calculate deviations between radiation and mechanical isocenter, determine ball/BB setup error, and suggest couch alignment adjustments to optimize your system’s accuracy. Additionally, this routine enables individual component (gantry, collimator, couch) characterization to better understand distinct contributions to isocenter deviation, giving insight into adjustments that can be made to improve delivery performance, if needed. RIT's Isocenter Optimization routine also allows for optimal cone detection, resulting in the utmost precision.


Comprehensive TG-135 QA

RITG135 is a dedicated software package for all your CyberKnife® machine QA needs. These automated routines and analyses ensure rapid results, without compromising measurement precision. Assembled to coincide with recommended QA tasks outlined within TG-135, this software package includes analyses for the End-to-End, AQA, Iris, Laser Coincidence, and M6 MLC Tests. Designed to simplify and enhance current methods for performing these routine tasks, RITG135 provides a user-friendly interface with minimal user interaction, reducing the likelihood of errors and ensuring reproducible measurement templates. Automated film detection algorithms eliminate the need for manual manipulation or alignment of images, significantly reducing the time needed to perform these tests.

RIT's History of Innovations in Medical Physics QA

RIT was founded in 1993 by Daniel M. Ritt and Ellen Miller Ritt. The company received FDA clearance on RIT radiation therapy film dosimetry that year, and sold our first system soon thereafter. RIT's revolutionary innovations provided clinical and research physicists with the first high precision automated QA tool for advanced radiation therapies. RIT quickly became recognized as the leading innovator in precision automated QA, developing the first automated IMRT (Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy) analysis. RIT's IMRT QA analysis provided clinical physicists with the tools necessary to analyze this new and advanced cancer treatment, thereby participating in the rapid availability of this treatment, which significantly improves cancer survival rates, to the community hospital level, both in the United States and worldwide.
